Loud Engine Noise Problems of Ford Ranger

I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger on August 4, 2019 and the truck vibrates shakes while driving and the windshield window a loud noise like air its coming in and feels like its going to explode. The more speed the more vibration and noises it makes. I do not feel safe driving this truck at all.

The contact owns a 1997 Ford Ranger. While driving approximately 65 mph on normal road conditions, the check engine warning indicator illuminated on the instrument panel. The indicator remained lit until the engine was turned off. When the speed was reduced, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for diagnostic testing, but they were unable to duplicate the failure. On a separate occasion, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to a transmission shop for inspection and the transmission was re-built replaced. The failure mileage was 59,099 and the current mileage is 126,431. Updated 05/08/09 the engine light illuminated and the seat broke loose. Updated 05/12/09. Updated 06/09/09.

Took truck in at 5000 miles for engine problems-the said it was a carbon build up. Took back in for engine a couple of months later for same problem -they replaced engine. That engine was bad took back in again and they replaced the engine again. Then 1 1/2 months later took in for transmission problems-(not shifting into second gear) they fixed the tansmission. Have hadtruck I 3 times for door ajar sensors going off. Interior door handle falling off. Tailgate doesn't operate propely. Engine was making loud howling noise. Many problems with this vehicle,totally undependable Ford motor company says you bought it you're stuck with it.
