Rear brakes failed.
Brakes and streering froze, consumer had no control of the vehicle and it hit a guardrail head on, no deployment of airbag. Nlm.
When driving at any speed and applying the brakes, the brakes are hitting the metal, and it has been going on for sometime. Consumer took the vehicle to the shop for repair service twice and the dealer can't determine the problem.
Consumer approached a red light applied brakes, but the vehicle accelerated, causing the consumer to have an accident.
While driving when brakes were applied they didn't hold, resulting in an accident.

The brakes make a loud clicking noise (similar to the sound heard when cars running over the sewer manhole cover) during the first brake when the vehicle has been parked for a while (2-3 hours) or after the gear has been shifted to reverse and back to drive. Dealer cannot find the problem.

The brake warning lights stay on, no problem found.
Consumer states that the brakes grind alot,dealer replaced the rotos but problem still persists dealer also shave them down brake pads did not correct. Nlm.
While driving, the brakes began to make noise and lacked power in stopping, the vehicle was taken into the dealership and it was confirmed that the brakes needed to be replaced, after retreiving the vehicle, when the consumer pressed on the brakes they seemed much more loose and went down much more further than before and that the braking was not as firm as it had been, also there was a distinct wobbling in the front end during stops that never existed before, consumer believes that the rotors are now possibly warped.
Brakes faded while braking resulting in two accidents.
