Center console where shift-selector indicator has no power while radio, hazardous signals were working after the stall. Weren't able to restart right away. However after about 45 sec to 1 min, car started normally. 3) dealer wanted to replace iac valve and main relay on my expense but will not verify the ignition switch is functioning properly that was replaced 2 years earlier except that an updated ignition switch was already installed.
