The contact stated that when the driver’s side sliding door was closing, the contact heard a whining sound. In addition, the instrument cluster displayed a black screen. The contact owns a 2019 Honda Odyssey. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The contact stated that the automatic headlights warning light, the brake warning light, the adaptive cruise control warning light, the lane mitigation warning light, and collision mitigation warning light remained illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the cause of the failure could be determined. The contact stated that the technician reset the warning lights; however, the failure recurred. The contact concerned that while driving the vehicle a failure might occur regarding the safety of the vehicle.
