The contact owns a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed she noticed a failure with the steering wheel which made it difficult to drive the vehicle the contact stated a warning light illuminated but was unsure which waning light displayed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where the vehicle was not diagnosed, and the dealer stated the vehicle had a failure with the battery which needed to be replaced the vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated she did not notice any failure with the battery the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
