The contact owns a 2000 Jeep Laredo. The contact purchased two front tires. After the tires were installed, balanced, and aligned, he noticed that the brakes were loose. He took the vehicle to a repair shop and it was discovered that the rotors failed. The rotors need to be resurfaced and the brake line should be flushed. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure mileage was 70,606 and current mileage was 70,801.
