The window regulator was replaced twice under warranty but the contact was concerned that the regulator would fail again because the dealer replaced the failure with another defective regulator. The manufacturer was contacted and advised that if the window regulator were to fail in the future, they would not assist with the repair. The rear passenger side window was replaced three times and the rear driver side was replaced twice. The dealer stated that the failure was a known issue, but the part had not been modified to prevent the failure. The failure mileage was 27,000 and the current mileage 79,000. Updated 3/25/11
