The contact stated the while driving at unknown speeds the brake pedal was applied but, it depressed to the floorboard and crashed into an oak tree on his property. The contact engaged the emergency brake to stop vehicle. Additionally, while driving crashed into a yellow pole post. There were no warning lights illuminated.
