Tl the contact owns a 2013 Mazda Cx-5. While driving, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the rear brake rotor was deformed and damaged. The cause of the failure was not determined. Mazda of clear lake (20101 gulf fwy, webster, TX) and the manufacturer were notified of the failure; however, no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 29,750.
