Engine Noise Problems of Mazda MAZDA6

Was driving vehicle at 45 mile per hour. Suddenly noticed steering wheel was off center. I did not hit a pothole or any other obstructions on the road. Steering became very loose and vehicle hard to steer. When braking the vehicle started to make squealing sound and pulled to one side. Suspension became very harsh even on good surface road. . This is a catastrophic failure with no warning. Fortunately was able to get vehicle to auto repair center without getting into accident. Auto repair facility examined vehicle and showed me that engine cradle - subframe had rusted thought and broke. This caused the engine to go off center which caused the braking, steering, and suspension issues. Auto repair facility told me the vehicle was not safe to drive and made me sign a waiver to release the vehicle.

This car has serious problems. I have approached Mazda with numerous service complaints and they refuse to fix. The car gets terrible gas mileage not the factory stated 42 mpg which was sold on the msrp but more like 22. The suspension drives terrible makes noises, the car "creaks" when going over things and is not stable at freeway speeds. The car also sways form left to right on the freeway and is extremely slow to stop. It is dangerous and Mazda will not fix. I even have a voicemail form Mazda corporate stating then refuse to fix these problems. I have had to hired a lawyer to declare the car a lemon. Mazda also refused to service the car for oil changes, tire rotation, etc. I have also filed a claim with Mazda corporate along with the numerous times in and out of the shop yet they still refuse and are unwilling to service/fix the safety issues on my car. Also, the heated seats, both front and passenger, have not been able to be fixed since the day I purchased the car (I have now had the car approx 14 months). As of today 7/11/2017, this problem that has been going on since I bought the car early 2016 has not been resolved. Please help!.

Upon turning on my car (flat surface, middle of the day, already driven that morning), I received an at failure notice, master warning light, scbs failure notice, and a check engine light. The car had been seen 5 days prior for a routine oil change and inspection. All marks were noted as "green. " the engine sounded fine, the shifting of the transmission smooth, and no issues were seen/felt/heard/noticed as of yet. The dealer refused to run a diagnostics test as it is a Saturday.

My 2011 Mazda 6 had the exhaust system become detached twice within 3. 5 years. I purchased the car new. I heard it the first time as I was driving slowly, luckily. I was able to pull over and make it home so I could tie it up with rope to get to a repair shop. The 2nd time I was pulling out of home when I heard the same scraping noise. I luckily could pull back home to tie it up and to get to a repair shop. When I was at the repair show last time, the mechanic said that this is a reoccurring problem with Mazda 6 bolts rotting out. I am just glad I was driving on the highway and higher speeds when this happened. It could have caused a fire.

I heard chirping noise from the car and took it to a dealer who wasn't able to reproduce the noise but the noise came back and with in the next 10 days it got worse. The dealer told that there was a leakage from exhaust donut and exhaust heat shield had to be fixed. I got them fixed and after 3 days and less than 100 miles I hear the chirping noise again and this time it is louder. I can hear it even when the car is parked.

In August of 2005 I purchased a Mazda 6 (automatic transmission). After 2 - 3 weeks of ownership my Mazda died on me one day while driving on the highway. I immediately took it to the dealership yet no problem was identified. 4 - 5 months later my car stalled while sitting at a light. A couple of months after that, my Mazda stalled again. A couple of days ago while backing out of the driveway my car just turned off. It's so annoying because I always take it to the dealership immediately after the stalling occurs and they can never identify a problem; they try to recreate the conditions and put miles on my car but it doesn't stall for them. When it stalls there is no warning (I. E no lights, engine noise,etc). It turns right back on immediately; I notice the lights and the fact that my engine is no longer on. I simply put the car in park and turn the ignition and the car runs fine. This stalling occurs every 5 - 7 months. I've complained and complained to every Mazda dealership I've been to and have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls to the corporate office about this issue. Because the problem can't be identified the Mazda technicians can offer no remedy.

Aug 27 engine noise, Aug 29 Mazda diagnosed internal engine damage. 2004 19,000 miles under warranty-Mazda wont repair, says the oil change of 7-23 was not performed correctly. $8000-$9000 to fix engine, nothing done at this time , trying to find an attorney.
