Tl the contact owns a 2012 Nissan Rogue. While driving 70 mph, the vehicle slowed down to 40 mph. While depressing the accelerator pedal, the speed decreased to 30 mph. The contact pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road and turned off the engine. The contact was able to restart the vehicle and drove home. The failure later recurred and the vehicle stalled in the middle of the highway.
