Head gasket blewout, causing oil leakage. Dealer and manufacturer have been notified. The consumer did research on internet and discovered quite a large number of complaints regarding head gasket leaking of this make of vehicle.
I have owned this car since 1998 . When I purchased the car it had 28,000 mi. On it. Just when the next 36,000 mi rolled over yhe head gasket blew. Now another 30,000 mi it blew again. I called the original dealer they said there is a problem with the 2. 0 litre engines head gasket but there is no recall at this time. Home office refuses to make a call.
