Traveling on us hwy 70 at 35 mph. Accidently hit the rear end of another vehicle traveling straight ahead of me and suddenly stopped. My passenger airbag deployed while turned off with no passenger on board. This airbag deployment busted my windshield which will cost me $400. 00 and Toyota says the airbag will not deploy unless there is a passenger or weight which no weight and no passenger. I had a car accident on January 15, 2021. My car was totaled and none of my air bags deployed. My emergency brake sensor didn't go off as well which usually always goes of for any minimal close object. Because of my air bag not deploying I cut my lip outside and inside going to the hospital and getting a stitch in the inside of my lip. I had a hole the width of a dime from hitting the steering wheel and bled non stop from my nose and lip/mouth. The hospital has in my chart the picture of the hole.

Safety recall work on the airbags/seat belts was performed at city Toyota, daly city on 6-16-20. On 9-9-20 I was heading home from the bank, did not feel well, lost control of the car and ran over a road divider island curb at the intersection of lake merced blvd. And skyline blvd. , s. F. At around 5 pm. The front air bags did not deploy when I think they should have is what I am reporting here. Everything from the hood down was ripped off the car, namely, the head lights, grill, Toyota emblem, bumper, radiator, and part of the ac system. I was the only person in the car, had my seat belt on, and was not injured, and luckily did not hit any people or another vehicle. I was involved in a car accident on 2/20/2020 my vehicle was in motion. I felt my 2016 Toyota Corolla lose traction on the road and start to slip. My traction control light never came on and I never felt it engage. I hydroplaned, my car hit a guardrail head on, my seat belt did not tighten which caused me to hit my head and chest on the steering wheel and dash as well as injuries to my neck from being slung forward. My vehicle continued to impact the guardrail. My air bags didn't deploy which also caused me to hit my head and shoulder hard on the driver window/door.
