The accident was investigated by las vegas state police department. Damage to my car was over $20,000. Dollars, geico would not replace, had to sell, suffered lost after 5 months. It was never correct after accident. Purchase 2005 new cts, it shut off while driving, traded it for 2005 Cadillac Deville, with 13,000 miles, engine leaked oil before warranty off, dealer refused to do anything. Now at 200,000 miles, it leaks 2-3 quarts between oil changes. Does not burn, engine was developed with defect, it leaks oil from bottom. I have spent thousands of dollars to repair. Found over 200 owners have same problems with Deville, leaking oil. Reported to gm, they said nothing could be done, refused to assist in repairs or fix the problem.

Was traveling 25mph or higher on a kentucky road failed to make a curb, and vehicle slid on a patch of ice. Hit a rock hard , jumped into a ditch. Air bags failed to deploy. Was in ditch for 12 hours. Vehicle was laying on its side. Driver sustained a cracked elbow.

Consumer was traveling about 65 mph, swerved to avoid hitting an animal, and left wheel went off pavement. When consumer tried to get back on pavement, vehicle lost control and hit a guardrail. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy, and driver was injured. Gm has inspected the vehicle but owner has not been informed of results.
Passenger side door hit by oncoming vehicle at 50-60 mph. Impact primarily at 90 degree middle section of passenger front door. Airbag did not deploy. Pictures available. Problem: paid extra for this safety feature that apparently did not work in it's first application. Either a matter of product failure or fraud upon the consumer in that they are purchasing a safety feature that does not work in all instances. Mainly concerned with this occurring when a passenger is in this position as this passenger, if indeed had been present, would have most certainly been severely injured or fatal.
Gm will be sending out an inspector to determine cause of brake failure. I do not know what brake component failed. Whether it was master cylinder, abs, vacuum booster, etc. I only know there was failure. I was traveling at a speed of 15-20 mph with plenty of space to stop in response to 2 separate accidents that happened just in front of me. I applied the brake and when I got no response I pressed the petal with extreme pressure and the pedal went to the floor. Later at the garage the pedal again went to the floor, but on another occasion it was able to stop. Air bags did not deploy. Actual damage in dollars is only estimate as adjuster has not determined cost as yet. Another car ( 1999 Geo) was hit in rear and I do not know the amount of her damages. I have contacted Cadillac and I am not happy that an impartial witness cannot be on site when they do their physical examination. Please be advised that milage is close estimate. The car is physically not at this location . I also do not know if it is a 2point 3 point or motor belt .
The airbags failed to deploy in a head-on collision in the car even though they deployed in the other car that was involved in the accident. The Cadillac had extensive damage to the left front end to the extent that the unibody on that side was crumpled, a large part of the front will be replaced and the windshield was broken. If the seat belts had not worked extremely well, holding both front seat passengers against the seat, there would have been severe injuries.
I was the driver and only person in an automobile accident on February 16, 1999 between my 1998 Cadillac Deville concours and a 1977 Dodge camper top van. The side air bags did not deploy to prevent my head and left shoulder from impacting the left window and door frame. The Dodge van impacted my left tire quarter panel, driver door panel, and left passenger door panel to the extent that the side mirror was knocked off the door, the driver window damaged, and the driver door indented enough to prevent the window from going down. I am suffering from severe cervical strain/sprain, multiple cervical sublunations, left shoulder, rifgt side, neck, and back pain.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and then rolled over, and the airbags did not deploy. The dealer has been notified. Owners will notify the manufacturer.
That while driving 60 mph without vehicle collision occurring the passenger's side air bag deployed, causing the occupant to sustain injuries. There were two more accidnets since the first one and the air bags failed to deploy.
While driving consumer hit a guardrail and was injured. Front driver's air bag did not deploy. Please provide any further information.
