It mostly happens when you apply the brake or if I operate my passenger window from driver door controls. The problem has not been confirmed by a dealer or independent service center. Has not been inspected by the manufacturer or any other representatives. No it gives no indication prior to the failure. I have been researching it on google and youtube, I have seen a lot of owners with the same problem but no one seem to have a solution. Thank you.
