2011 Chrysler 300. Consumer writes in regards to safety recall for vehicle
the consumer stated Chrysler failed to notify him about a major recall and they failed to correct the recall issue in a timely manner. The consumer came across the recall, by reading about it in the newspaper. After confirming, his vehicle was included in the recall, the vehicle was taken to the dealer where the repairs were made.
