Consumer received a recall notice regarding the clock spring. The consumer had the repairs on the clock spring done on 05/08/2002 prior to receiving recall notice. Consumer sent receipts as proof of payment to Chrysler on January 12, 2003. And still did not receive reimbursement of $208. 61, nor was consumer notified by manufacturer when the reimbursement would bre issued.
