Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Dodge Dart. The contact stated that while at a stop, a warning light illuminated. As the warning light flashed, the contact stated that the vehicle jolted forward and stalled. The contact pulled the vehicle over and saw that the transmission fluid was leaking. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer(koons tysons Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram 2050 chain bridge rd, vienna, va 22182 703-790-0900) where they performed a diagnostic and performed the recall remedy. The diagnostic showed the nsa disk and the dual clutch were defective and needed to be repaired. The contact was given a quote for the repairs. The manufacturer had been notified of the failure but they have offered no assistance regarding the matter. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was 103,000. Jo.
