There was no warning as I was driving along the street and my car died and would not restart. I had it towed to hampton's auto. Upon examining the car, he called and reported to me that my engine was gone. I had 82,000 miles on the engine and had changed my oil every 3,000 miles. I bought a used engine from bohannon's auto for $2,400 and paid $1,382 to bud's engine service to install it. I have been advised by several auto repairmen that this 2. 7 engine is faulty. I have one more year of payments or I would not have repaired this automobile. I am very disappointed in the performance of a car that I intended to drive for several years more.
