1 Transmission Sensor problem of the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500

Failure Date: 12/30/2004

I started having problems with the transmission at 36,000 miles. At which time the local Dodge dealer said I needed transmission sensors. I paid to have it fixed since they said it was not covered under the warranty. At 70,000 miles I now need a new transmission on this new Dodge ram truck. I have never abused the truck, and only towed once a light horse trailer. I have not had the truck repaired because it costs $3,000 I don't have. My truck payment is $500 a month currently.
