Automatic Transmission Torque Converter Problems of Ford Fiesta

We bought the car February, 2016. As we drove the car more, we began to notice shuttering and chattering. An ase certified mechanic test drove our car. He said it had a bad torque converter shutter that gets worse the more you drive the car. When in sport mode, when you shift from 1st, it skips 2nd, and goes straight to 3rd. There was loud clattering noise while driving. The transmission slipped when gearing down and trying to accelerate, especially uphill. May 9, 2017, the transmission was worked on at mountaineer automotive, beckley, wv. November 28, 2017, the transmission was worked on at mountaineer automotive, beckley, wv. March 3, 2020, I took the car to my mechanic at act auto, beckley, wv because the car had been making a whining sound that continued to get louder. I was told that the front pump of the transmission needed replaced. My wife and I are afraid to drive, for fear that the car will stall out or cause us to have an accident.

When at a stop or slow roll and then give it gas the transmission feels like it slipping or a hesitation , so when your beginning to take off or merger into traffic it feels like its going to stop. This can cause me to get in an accident. Took car into dealer he said there was no slippage and that the transmission does not have a torque converter . What ever the problem is it,s been doing it from day one, im worried that my wife might get into an accident from this problem. Something is wrong with this and it needs to be fixed, the car shakes when it does this also all at the same time.
