First off when driving the vehicle the side air bag light comes on then goes off. This is random it does not do it all the time but I have noticed it more when I turn a curve it seems to do it more. The other issue is the left blinker goes back and forth from blinking fast like there is a bad bulb to blinking normal this happens every time I drive it. I've check the bulbs and even replaced them thinking maybe im just not seeing a bad bulb and it still doing it. Im not to concerned with the blinker problem but I am with the air bags light. The two maybe related im not sure. I do know both could be dangerous.

Three days ago my daughter has a car accident. Her car was hit and the other driver left the scene. Since then the airbag light is on and the seatbelt is not working. I took the car to a dealership and there's no recall. We are worried because my daughter could have been seriously hurt and the airbag didn't protect her. The car was stationary when it was hit.

Since 2013 I had my vehicle in for passengers side air bag light intermittent, this occurs at any time sitting , driving on side roads, highway at any speed. It does not happen all the time. It could come on today and not happen for a day or so. This is a safety item and after replacing the seat frame and seat weight sensor it is still coming on. Need your help in getting a fix as my wife is scared when in the car. The last word from Honda care is this is normal, if this is true then alot other Honda crvs should be having this issue. My wife is 5'2 and weights more then 65lbs or 29 kilos so that answer won't hold up. Talking with dealership in japan they suggest replacing the srs as this can cause a passenger side air bag light to come on. I/am willing to go higher up the chain for a fix what ever it my be as I do not believe my car is the only one with is problem. I have records. This has been going on for 6 years.

Airbag light comes on intermittently. Told by Honda dealer that this is due to seatbelt part that is faulty on the driver's side. Is this part of a recall? I bought the car in 2017 and I am not sure what recalls have been missed.

Takata recall I have noticed since I have bought my crv that my airbag light on the dashboard sporadically goes on and off, and I wondered if it had anything to do with the instability of the airbags.

Air bag light stays on and head light frequent replacemeny.
Passenger side airbag indicator does not turn off, therefore the airbag does not activate, when a person weighing significantly more (100lbs) than the stated threshold of 65lbs as described in the owner's manual. This is a significant safety concern since the passenger is not protected by the airbag. Honda dealer claims the weight sensor is correctly calibrated and working properly according to Honda. The concern is that this tolerance of more than 35lbs is way too high and the airbag needs to activate much closer to the stated threshold of 65lbs.

It's 2005 Honda Cr-v . Air bag light stay on.
The indicator light for the passenger air bag (air bag off) does not operate consistently. A 112 pound passenger regularly rides in the front passenger seat of this vehicle. Sometimes when this passenger is present, the passenger airbag indicator light (airbag off) illuminates and stays illuminated during travel. At other times it does not illuminate at all during trips when the passenger is present. The indicator light is more likely to remain on when the vehicle is started before the passenger enters the car. This problem has persisted for 4 months.

My airbag light sporadically comes on when the car is stationary and in motion. I had my local dealer examine the issue and they said it was due to a faulty sensor in my driver seat belt buckle. The light doesn't come on every time that I drive the car. Some times days go by with normal driving that the light doesn't come on and then there are multiple days in a row when the light comes on.

Takata recall. The contact owns a 2008 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that air bag warning indicator kept illuminating on the instrument panel. The dealer was not notified. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
Takata recall. Since I bought my vehicle in August 18, 2016, my air bag light has always been going on and off. Some periods were a bit more spaced out than others. Ever so often I'll see recalls for my year in particular and it's always been concerning because this has been an outgoing occurence since nearly day one. . I would honestly feel better having a new vehicle instead of a timebomb or fixed ASAP. . Finally messaging about it because even tho my specific VIN isn't under any recalls, rather be safe than sorry with this being a huge deal in past couple of years.
My air bag light is on. Unsure what it means, but after doing some research, it appears I may have a malfunction? I do not see any recalls for the 2012 Honda crv though. Should I report this to my dealer and/or are there any recalls, that I am not aware of?.
Takata recall I called Honda dealer and Honda automobile customer service regarding the safety recall notice. The notice mentions "Honda suggests that you avoid having a passenger sit in the front passenger's seat until the recall repair has been performed". So, I talked to Honda carland at roswell, GA service department hoping to get a loaner. But the lady at the repair department told me that it's a suggestion but it's upto me if I drive with someone with front passenger. And the loaner is only for the driver side of the airbag and doesnt apply to passenger side of the airbag replacement. Few days earlier, I was told that I have to only worry if the airbag light comes on and should be ok driving around. In my opinion, this is ridiculous as not all of them have a privilege not to use certain part of the car, while we wait weeks for it to get replacement. Isn't' Honda required by law to provide the loaner in this case? is one's health and life is less important for Honda than saving few bucks?.
