2 Power Steering Linkages Drag problem of the 2004 Honda CR-V

When making a low speed evasive manuever that requires turning sharply from one direction to another, the steering loses its power assist temporarily. Feels like steering is jammed. Problem manifests when traveling below 20mph with braking and a swerve to one direction followed by acceleration and attempt to straighten out vehicle.
