Air Bag Not Deploy Problems of Hyundai Accent - part 1

My granddaughter was driving on a freeway near dallas TX. As she slowed for an upcoming construction zone she was rear-ended by by another vehicle. Propelling her into the guard rail and further to the right ending up in the right lane of the freeway. The vehicle was a total loss with front and rear damage and the airbag failed to deploy. Nobody at the local dealership where the car was purchased in may 2020 will discuss the issue nor am I able to contact any breathing person at Hyundai corporate to discuss this issue.

Friday June 5,2020 I fainted behind the wheel and rear ended another driver and my airbags did not deploy which resulted in an slight head injury.

I was in an mva on 4/7/2020. I was traveling at 45mph when I collided with another vehicle. My airbags did not deploy, whereas all of the other vehicle's did. Because of this, I slammed into the steering wheel. I received extreme whiplash, stashed muscles in the chest, and a large contusion across my lower abdomen. I also received injury to my legs.

The red air bag light is always on, and the passenger sensor is always off even when there is a passenger. I am concerned that if I were to be in a serious accident, the air bags will not deploy. This started at about 115,000 miles. The car also recently started to eat up my gas for no valid reason. I drove 1. 5 miles, yet used up 10 miles of gas, entirely abiding by traffic laws and signs.

I was in an accident on October 14, 2013 where I struck a deer head on at 50mph and the airbags did not deploy. I wrote to Hyundai and complained, and after their "investigation", they determined that I was not entitled to any assistance. Well, two nights ago, on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, I struck and went under a Ford f150 truck. I was pinned in the vehicle. My airbag did not deploy - again. How am I to feel safe in this vehicle? their "investigation" said that the airbags were in working order and that simply hitting a deer would not make them go off. Well, this time I hit and went under a vehicle and was pinned in my vehicle and they still didn't go off. I am so disappointed in Hyundai. This was my first new car. And it has lasted me 1 1/2 years, not even. I was not cited for the accident as the officer said it was not my fault. My insurance company is considering totaling the vehicle. I am beyond upset. I'm opening another complaint against Hyundai, maybe they will "get it" this time. This is unacceptable!!!!!.
