My airbag light came on a few weeks ago and hasn't stopped going on and off it makes that annoying sound the whole trip every time I drive, the heat won't cut on it blows cold air I've had it looked at and repaired allegedly but it still won't blow hot air, the car keeps stalling and it has completely shut off on me 3 times while I have been driving once on a busy freeway I was luckily by grace of god able to turn the wheel off to the side of the road before it locked I have a 2 year old daughter and I'm currently pregnant this is insane and nobody can tell me what's wrong with it or how to fix any of these problems I got a loan for this car so now I'm stuck with this death trap, and now I'm seeing all these complaints about the same thing I'm baffled by the neglect and lack of concern or care for customers and there families who ride in their vehicles safety, I would think it would be a no brainer to recall the whole car if you can't fix the safety concerns or don't have a solution, I need a car to drive I'm wasting so much money on rentals because I have no options with this Jeep I need a solution this is crazy I rely on my vehicle for work as I do uber eats and grub hub I need help!!.

My airbag light is on in my dashboard and doesn�'t go away. I also got my vehicle serviced because my check engine light was on and one code that came back was because of my headrest .

The tipm in my Jeep is messing up and causing engine stalling, radio failure, etc. I have a blue driver that constantly gives me codes related to this part defect. I've also got an airbag light coming on all the time and yet my VIN shows no recalls for this part. If I get into an accident my airbag might possible fail. My engine has almost stalled 3-4 times since I've owned it either from a stop light accelerating or crossing at an intersection this is very dangerous.

Airbag light comes on and off sometimes they on I check they told me it's a clock spring the light is off in parking position but then when you turn the wheel in driving position it turns on and off.

Had a accident and airbag light would not come off also the electric system would not come on horn would not work and other things. Rotor had to to be replace, off the suspention ? light on. Was hit on drivers side, hit and run my insurance was used. Had to send to dealer two times and get towed 2 times. Had.

Airbag indicator light came on for no reason. It came on as soon as the car started after being parked.

The airbag light keeps turning on and off while driving the vehicle. I heard Jeeps have many problems with the airbags. I have also replace 5 water pumps on this vehicle paying for 2 of them the others were done under the TSB from Chrysler. I also have a problem with the heat coming out of the vents on the drivers side of the vehicle. I have heard of many Jeeps with the same problem this started about 3 years ago.

Airbag light continues to flash off and on intermittently. Will they deploy at the wrong time or not at all? there are many complaints on this issue. Please look into it.

Airbag light goes on intermittently on and off continually. It came on all of a sudden and has been doing this for quite some time now. I do not know how to get it to stop without going into the dealership and pay a $100 service fee to find out if there is a problem with the airbag or not. It continues as soon as the vehicle is turned on and while driving down the road. Every day all day until I return and park. I have tried to reset it by disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for an hour and reconnecting it but it will come right back on when we reconnect it and begin to drive again.

Tl the contact owns a 2005 Jeep Liberty. While driving 55 mph, the driver's seat belt became unlatched and the passenger side air bag indicator illuminated. The failure recurred four times. When the contact pulled over, turned off, and restarted the vehicle, it operated normally. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failures. The failure mileage was 275,768.

Air bag light is on. It will not go out. I did the self diagnosis test with the ignition but it said was done and did not flash any codes.

Car was recalled for air bag computer. I took the car in they replaced the part they were supposed to. When I picked up the car the air bag light was on. When I went back in they told me that they only replace the part and don't test it when done because Chrysler does not pay for it. I verified this with crysler this is true. My safty concern is that they put cars back on the road where they may not be safe. Don't know if the air bags could go off accidentally or if they work at all.

The vehicle was repaired per NHTSA campaign number: 17v640000 (seats, air bags), but the air bag indicator remained illuminated. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.

The contact owns a 2003 Jeep Liberty. While driving 20 mph, the driver and passenger side air bags deployed without an impact. The air bag warning indicator illuminated. Started my 2012 Jeep Liberty and started to pull out, airbag light came on. As I pulled from a parking lot onto a street the drivers side airbag deployed. No accident or collision of any type.

Two issues as follows; 1) the lower front ball joints had deteriorated and make a loud popping and clunking noise when turning at low speeds. Our mechanic says the lower front ball joints have completely failed, creating a very dangerous safety issue. 2) the airbag light stays on, does not turn off.

The vehicle was taken to planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge ram (400 east central street, franklin MA 02308) where it was diagnosed that the orc module needed to be replaced. The parts were not available, but would be available in a few days. The manufacturer was contacted and was unable to provide any assistance. The failure mileage was 82,820.

Airbag light came on when vehicle was started. Dealer states today (11/24/17)the issue is with the airbag control module and the unit needs to be replaced.

The airbag light has gone on and off when driving then went back on and has stayed on. The car was making a humming noise and hesitated on acceleration. Had to replace fuel pump due to barring lose, replace spark plugs - cost $787. 00.
