The head gaskets have blown out, causing coolant to leak onto the engine. The dealer has been notified.
Engine coolant leakages; vehicle taken to independent repair shop and informed consumer that it was caused by a faulty oil sending unit. The leaking oil caused the engine to overheat, which caused the head gasket to warp and the block to crack.
