The horn and cruise control failed due to a faulty clock spring, which was replaced, however consumer requested reimbursement due to a recall which was issued.
Consumer was involved in a 35 mph frontal collision in which the rivers/ passenger's airs bags did not deploy. Please give any further details.
The van was involved in a head on collision mostly on the drivers' side. Neither dual air bags deployed. The owner has just received the recall for the "clock spring" 01-27-2003. Ph.
After the dealership performed the recall regarding the air bag clock spring recall 02 v 293 000, the steering wheel started to shimmy and locked up.
Consumer stated vehicle hit a guard rail and went into a revene and neither air bag deployed. Please provide any additional infomation.
