1 Service Brakes problem of the 2025 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 04/30/2026

While driving approximately 10–15 mph approaching a green light, a truck in front of me suddenly slammed on its brakes. As soon as I saw the brake lights I immediately applied my brakes before any system alert activated. I stopped within approximately 3–5 feet of the vehicle in front of me. At the same time, a truck behind me was approaching quickly. To avoid being rear-ended I pressed the accelerator to move out of the way. However my vehicle would not respond. Despite pressing the gas pedal the truck remained in a braking or non-responsive state and would not accelerate. I attempted to switch between the brake and gas pedal but the vehicle still would not move. This condition lasted approximately 30–60 seconds leaving me stopped in active traffic and unable to take evasive action. This created a serious safety hazard as I was at high risk of being rear-ended due to the vehicle’s failure to respond to acceleration input. The delay was critical and could have resulted in a collision. There were no warning lights or messages prior to or during the incident. The issue occurred suddenly without any indication. This appears to be related to the pre-collision system (pcs) and/or the vehicle’s throttle/acceleration system. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. The issue has not yet been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or service center and the vehicle has not yet been inspected by the manufacturer or other parties but I did call yesterday and haven’t received a response so I will be taking it to gulf coast Toyota today [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

2 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 04/19/2026

2024 Toyota Tundra 4x4 sr5 crewmax 6. 5, VIN: [xxx] , 28,500 miles. Three distinct, worsening vibration issues affecting separate systems: 1 — powertrain/driveline: significant vibration on initial acceleration, under tow load, and on inclines. Suspected driveshaft carrier bearing, u-joint, or engine main bearing failure. Recall 25v-767 (v35a engine bearing debris, 2022–2024 Tundra) — VIN recall status to be confirmed at [xxx] . Component available for inspection. 2 — highway vibration 40–70 mph: constant speed-dependent vibration in steering wheel, seat, and floor. Worsening and expanding in speed range over time. Impairs steering feedback — direct safety hazard at highway speed. Suspected wheel bearing or hub failure. No warning lamps present at any time. 3 — braking: violent vibration during heavy deceleration, downhill braking, and rapid stops. Severely impairs controlled stopping and risks loss of vehicle control. Consistent with rotor degradation per Toyota TSB (Nov. 2025, 2022–2026 Tundra). Repair history: oem tires replaced at 20,000 miles — abnormal camber-induced outside shoulder wear. Toyota issued a limited service campaign for this identical defect on 2022–2023 models but explicitly excluded 2024. All 4 tires replaced twice. Multiple alignments, balancings, and rotations performed at l&s Toyota, beckley, wv (3+ dealer visits) and an independent tire chain (3+ visits). No resolution. Defect is mechanical, not tire-related. No dtcs or warning lights at any visit. Safety risk: braking vibration risks loss of control on downgrades and emergency stops. Highway vibration impairs steering feedback over extended driving. Towing vibration creates trailer instability on public roads. Requesting NHTSA investigate and include 2024 Tundra in the existing limited service campaign covering this known defect on prior model years. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

3 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 03/09/2026

The engine lost complete power. This is a 2024 Toyota Tundra I=max force hybrid. The low oil pressure, hybrid malfunction, check engine lights all came on. I lost all power, steering, brakes, and had no hybrid assist. I was nearly hit from the back. I was able to get help from people to push it out the highway. There was no warning prior to this happening. I have read about all the engine problems from the 22 and 23 year models and recalls are out. There are no recalls for the hybrid 2024 engines, but this looks the same as what I am reading.

4 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/23/2026

The brakes squeal when reversing and sometimes when you’re driving forward coming to a stop. It has done this since the day I picked it up at the dealership. The dealership says there’s no remedy for it yet. The next thing is the front fog lights also draw moisture just like the rear reverse lights. Dealership says there’s no remedy for it or fix for it. I’ve had to have the radiator replaced twice in this vehicle and it only has 44,000 miles on it. The dealership says it’s a factory defect. Not sure if that’s true or not. It was not covered under warranty so I had to spend $200 to use my extended warranty. I do not think that is right it should’ve been covered under the manufacturers warning, especially if it was a manufacturer defect. The last but most important thing is the lag when you give it gas. This happens from a complete stop or also like if you’re trying to accelerate to get on the highway you can press it nice and slow and it won’t takeoff or you can mash on it all the way to the floor and it still takes a few seconds and then kind of vibrates and pops like it’s trying to skip gears before it takes off and goes. Dealership also says there’s nothing wrong with it. I believe it is a factory defect or some kind of wiring problem. The reason why I think it is a computer or wiring issue is that if you put the vehicle in sport mode, it will not do it coming from a complete stop. It does do it when you’re getting on the highway even in sport mode. I am on a few facebook forums and I see this problem where people report this problem all the time and ask how to fix it. I would like information on how to get Toyota to buy my vehicle back. These trucks have had so many issues with engine recalls, engine replacement, and other issues that are an actual safety concern and I do not feel like it is a safe vehicle to be traveling with my family. Thanks, [xxx] [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

5 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/22/2026

My Tundra has been having lagged throttle after takeoff for a few months now going into 2026. My truck is slightly over 50k miles and did well for the first 40k miles. Last week it went limp and gave a loss of power warning and check engine light came on. Then the very next day a parking brake assist warning came on. I brought it to the dealer and after 4 days they couldn't replicate the warning light but seen that the turbo had failure. They said they could not change the turbo since theres an active engine recall on my truck. My truck is sitting at the dealer with no committed date or fix for when my engine will be replaced. Not sure what to even do as im paying on a truck I cant even drive. Aside from this major issue ive had two window motors replaced and a non working hamstring leg rest motor. They instead offered to sell me a new 2026 which felt sleazy on their part. I will not be staying with my 2023 Tundra if and when I get it back knowing we only get a 1 year warranty and crate engines are already failing. Toyota is treating their faithful clients horribly on this issue they caused. Id go as far as saying this should be part of the lemon law act and more needs to be done.

7 Service Brakes problem of the 2026 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/02/2026

The anti-collision system / automatic braking system engages, even when turned off. This is a major safety hazard and nearly got me into an accident. With the acs disengaged, poking the front end of the vehicle out into oncoming traffic while trying to merge, the vehicle locks up completely, disabling the vehicle, rendering it a sitting duck in oncoming traffic.

8 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 01/22/2026

Parked on incline. Vehicle off. Vehicle automatically locked doors without operator intervention. Returned to vehicle. Vehicle beeped with associated lights flash when operator touched driver's extenal door handle. Immediately the vehicle began rolling backwards downhill towards oncoming traffic. I was able to hop on running board, jump into driver's seat, press brake and start vehicle. The brakes engaged and the vehicle stopped before hitting oncoming traffic. Dealer found code p15ad87. Battery state sensor (#28850-f4010) was replaced. Vehicle currently has 2,000 miles since repair on 01/23/26 without reoccurrence.

9 Service Brakes problem of the 2017 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 12/22/2025

The factory ibc is a safety issue. I would not tow anything over 1500lbs as the brake controller does not work. This controller is an accident waiting to happen. When set on gain 10 you can barely feel a tug from the trailer. You can't feel anything if you apply the vehicle brake pedal. On a gain of 10 it should lock up the trailer brakes, and it can't do that on a dirt road much less on asphalt. Toyota has not done anything to fix this issue at all! lots of truck owners out there that don't even know of this problem and alot of owners are forced to install aftermarket brake controllers on their dimensions. Toyota should be held to fixing this safety issue. Why isn't there a recall on these vehicles. It's a problem that multiple year Tundras! I purchased this vehicle to tow a 16' travel trailer weighin3500 lbs. I tried to adjust the controller in the neighborhood and was not happy or safe with the test. I will not tow with the factory setup. Unsafe!.

10 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 11/10/2025

The truck “detected” a warning collision when there was no one in front of me which made the engine lag. There for causing me to come to an abrupt stop from 40 mph. I stepped on the gas to get back up to speed with traffic beside and behind me and there was no power almost causing an accident. This is the 3rd time this truck has done this in 6 months.

11 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 10/30/2025

Toyota requires the abs system to be recalibrated. The only way is by going to a Toyota dealership and having the technicians use the fancy expensive diagnostic tools and computer software. I got my brakes changed by a reputable shop. However, I did not know whether they knew this or not. Now my front passenger pad is always rubbing on the rotor. These issues may cause high fuel consumption, strain on the transmission and driveline components, and even the possibility of fire. It would be really helpful if Toyota built vehicles that can easily be maintained as well as less complicated systems requiring owners to pay dealership prices for maintenance that should allow the owner to address it or any mechanic shops.

12 Service Brakes problem of the 2025 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 10/18/2025

The contact's father-in-law owns a 2025 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while her father-in-law was driving at an undisclosed speed, the brakes independently activated. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle stopped excessively hard. In addition, because of the hard vehicle stop, the contact's father-in-law and mother-in-law were jerked forward very hard. The contact stated that her father-in-law and mother-in-law, who were seated in the front passenger's seat, stated that the impact felt like it could have caused whiplash. The contact stated that the two brake sensors were disabled prior to the drive. The contact referenced an unknown recall which had a similar failure description; however, the VIN was not associated. The dealer was made aware of the failure. The contact was informed that because the VIN was not associated with the recall, the dealer had declined to inspect or repair the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The contact was advised to contact the NHTSA hotline to report the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.

13 Service Brakes problem of the 2022 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 10/16/2025

While driving forward at approximately 20mph, the automatic emergency brake system activated, causing the vehicle to come to a stop. There were no vehicles or other object in front of the vehicle that should have caused the automatic brake system to activate. This has been an ongoing problem with this vehicle. The system cannot be turned off or disabled by the driver. This system engaging on its own creates a major safety hazard, as vehicles behind have to stop to avoid hitting my stopped vehicle.

14 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 10/04/2025

I have taken my vehicle in more than 3 times, regarding braking issues, the vehicle would brake automatically even when there is nothing in front of it, the pre collision sensor comes on in rain when there is no debris in front of it. Vwhicle was having throttle lag when come to a complete stop at a light. Now the panoramic roof is leaking, took it to the dealer more than 3 rimes for some these issues, regarding the roof leak, they said they were unable to duplicate it, I have videos showing it was leaking & pictures of all the malfunction from the dashboard.

15 Service Brakes problem of the 2022 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 09/27/2025

As I was coming down thew mounts (44 miles of 7-9% grade) as I slightly hit the brakes the truck shook so badly is was vibrating me off the road. The only way to avoid to to put strain on my engine as to manually shift it down to 3rd gear to forcibly slow the truck to a speed where this could be controlled. Causing overall traffic issues.

16 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 09/23/2025

We recently had an engine failure in our 2023 Toyota Tundra ([xxx]). Then on [xxx] the truck caught fire while we were driving in arkansas. The fire caused the brakes to fail completely, and we wound up jumping from the still moving truck. The truck and contents were a total loss. Since then, Toyota has completed their investigation and stated they are unable to determine the cause of the fire information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

17 Service Brakes problem of the 2000 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 09/10/2025

The brackets supporting the right rear brake line were severely rusted and failed. The brake line cracked at the juncture of the wheel cylinder attachment nut. Subsequently, there was a total loss of braking action on all wheels. The dual cylinder master cylinder failed to actuate the front brakes. There was no braking action. The emergency brake had to be deployed in order to stop the vehicle.

Failure Date: 09/02/2025

See attached document for complaint.

19 Service Brakes problem of the 2025 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 09/01/2025

The malfunctioning part is the front left brake pads. The faulty brakes pads could pose a problem when stopping the vehicle. This problem was brought to the attention to my dealer in November 2025. The vehicle was inspected by the dealer in the spring of 2026 and acknowledged Toyota corporate in 2026. There were no indications of problems when the vehicle was sold to me in August 2025. However, there was knowledge by Toyota of a problem with the brakes. See Toyota technical service bulletin #s t-sb-0043-24, may 6, 2024, & February 10, 2025. My case numbers with Toyota corporate include #260406000673, #260407000392, #260421002139. There are many videos on youtube with the same problems as mine. There seems to be no interest by Toyota or my dealership to remedy the problem. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle and pay a sizable monthly note to listen to squealing brakes and wondering if they may fail.

20 Service Brakes problem of the 2019 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 08/18/2025

Intermittent message displaying "trailer brakes disconnected" while towing. Trailer lights continued to operate even while message was displayed. On average trailer connected and disconnected every 2-3 minutes.

21 Service Brakes problem of the 2025 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 08/12/2025

When applying the brakes at highway speeds the vehicle shakes violently. If in a turn of going downhill you have to release the brakes so you don’t lose control of the brakes. Started happening at 10,000 miles on a brand new truck. Toyota tells my I have to pay $440 to recondition the rotors. In all my years and many cars and trucks I’ve never had a warped rotor. I don’t ride the brakes and don’t tow anything with this truck. I am baffled at this situation. The service manager said he’s seeing several 2025 Tundras with low mileage rotor warping so this seems to be a design defect.

22 Service Brakes problem of the 2006 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 07/25/2025

The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while driving 25 mph, the brake pedal was depressed to prevent a crash with another vehicle that had pulled in front of the vehicle, but the vehicle failed to respond. The contact was able to veer into another lane safely, and the crash was avoided. The brake warning light was illuminated after the failure. The contact continued driving and was able to slow down by shifting the transmission into a lower gear. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed with brake line failure which lead to the brake master cylinder and brake fluid reservoir becoming empty. The brake line was replaced, and the vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 277,000.

23 Service Brakes problem of the 2015 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 07/23/2025

Soft pedal when braking goes nearly to floor before engaging. Repairs attempted flushing brakes, new brake fluid and new master cylinder at dealer still not fixed. Toyota wants to replace abs actuator but cannot guarantee it will fix the problem. Many instances of this on Toyota and no solutions. Toyota is ignoring the problem.

24 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 06/30/2025

Engine is misfiring, truck vibrates when breaking when accelerating the engine cuts out dealership confirmed at service on 2/4/2025 that sensor needs to be replaced, need breaks, four tire rotation no no.

26 Service Brakes problem of the 2022 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 06/02/2025

My 2022 had a new crate engine put in at 26,000 miles in approx June 2025 (told me it would be 2 days but in less than 24hrs the service advisor called and told me it was completed) and from the second I picked up my truck and started it at the dealership, I heard a loud, fast ticking noisy sound coming from under the hood so I popped my hood and it sounded like a diesel engine and as I started driving I felt a weird popping/vibrating noise when turning either right or left at slow speeds and it felt like there were no shocks or motor mounts or something was bent and the rear end was skipping and making a loud thud when slightly stepping on gas pedal and Toyota said it's all normal. It also lost all power while I was driving 2 days after I picked it up from engine replacement along with the continuous surging forward when taking off from stop sign or red light. My front seat is cracked and they refused to fix it under warranty, my brakes squeal so bad and they said they ordered parts under TSB but it will be months before they come in, it's now been 7 months and still nothing. I will not drive further than 10 miles from my home every time I get in this truck and put it in d, I fear for my life and when I put it in p, I breathe a sigh of relief. Autonation Toyota in weston, FL replaced my engine and I truly believe that whoever put my new engine in, didn't put it back together correctly and damaged the suspension/steering system as well as the new ticking engine that is so rough. My new 2nd engine needs another engine. I feel like this truck is going to get me killed.

27 Service Brakes problem of the 2003 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 05/24/2025

I need to have rear shock replaced. They found that the bracket holder rusted thru . Shock was fine . The rear frame corrosion and separation, spare tire frame corrosion is really bad. I have had this truck since 2004 . I absolutely love my truck. I am deeply saddened that all the care I took still didn’t prevent all this damage .

28 Service Brakes problem of the 2022 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 05/10/2025

I have so many problems with my truck and the surging engine as well as squealing brakes, lane assist is disabled but comes on and jerks the truck out of my lane and it's impossible to steer almost causing me to crash numeroys times. Every time I try to get the engine replaced which I've been waiting over a year and I was in phase 2 and every Toyota dealership tells me something different. I can't even sell this truck privately because it needs a new engine. I have 25,300 miles as of today and I've had it in the shop so many times and they say they can't find anything wrong with it. The headliner fell down onto my head and took it in for service and I got it back worse because they broke all the clips that hold the interior headliner in place and it's hanging down. Every time I bring it in for something they tell me the parts are not available but what they're doing is trying to make me run out of my warranty which is in 2 months. They're trying to sell me an extended warranty but they can't even fix anything that's under warranty right now. I really need your help here because there's so many other issues that I haven't even gone over. Everything is misaligned on this truck and they can't fix it my rear passenger door never latched correctly and they don't know what to do they just give it back to me the same way and I have small children that sit back there but they claim they don't know how to fix it.

29 Service Brakes problem of the 2022 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 05/08/2025

First I had my engine replaced in may 2025 under the recall and service advisor informed me it would be about 3 days before they completed the engine swap and it had to sit to make sure there were no leaks anywhere and in less than 24 hrs the called me and told me my truck was all done. I went to pick my truck up they had it waiting in the service line with the engine running, I heard a strange ticking noise coming from under my hood that sounded like a lawnmower engine, the service tech tells me that is normal with the replacement engines which is absolutely false. Being a woman they tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. I got frustrated and got in my truck and when I came to the first stoplight when the light turned green and I stepped on the gas pedal, my truck would not move, after about 5 seconds it surged forward and then again wouldn't move, then again my truck surged forward with a loud thud in the rear like somebody hit me from behind. It feels like it isn't kicking into gear and also my steering wheel was not centered when they swapped the engine so I have to hold my steering off to one side for my truck to drive straight. This has been a nightmare for me and Toyota refuses to acknowledge there is anything wrong. I've also been waiting for 7 months to get my front brakes fixed under the TSB and all they say is we don't have parts available, meanwhile they're building new trucks with new brake pads, rotors and calipers before taking care of the people waiting months and months? they try and wait until your warranty runs out so I have to pay for the fix. Please help. Thank you, lisa gordon.

30 Service Brakes problem of the 2006 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 04/03/2025

The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated upon taking the vehicle to an independent mechanic for a routine brake line repair, the contact was informed that the sub frame was severely corroded. The mechanic informed the contact that the frame could collapse if the contact continued driving the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle hesitated to respond. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not repaired. No further information was available. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the nhsta hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.

31 Service Brakes problem of the 2023 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/25/2025

On February 25, 2025, I took my 2023 Toyota Tundra VIN# [xxx] to stokes Toyota beaufort, SC, for its 45,000-mile service. Just 300 meters after leaving the dealership, my truck caught fire, causing significant damage and putting my safety at risk. I am sharing pictures of the incident and the warning messages I received on the dashboard. I was on my way back to the dealership when this happened. At first, the truck was shaking and losing power. I managed to make a u-turn to return to the dealership, but then the engine stalled. At that moment, I started seeing warning messages on the dashboard. I immediately called the dealership to inform them that I was experiencing issues with my truck. While still on the phone with the dealership, I noticed smoke coming from the passenger side of the hood. Moments later, flames started emerging from the hood. I quickly hung up and called 911. 1- what component or system failed or malfunctioned? I believe the engine and possibly the brakes failed (based on the dashboard warning messages). 2- how was your safety or the safety of others put at risk? within minutes, my truck burned completely. I am grateful I didn't have my children with me at the time. 3- has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? I received formal letters from Toyota manufacturer, Toyota distributor, and the dealership, stating that they are sorry for what happened but cannot offer any assistance with my claim. 4- has the vehicle or component been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or others? yes, the insurance company, fire marshal, dealership, Toyota, and engineering analysis associates (eaa) have all inspected the vehicle. 5- were there any warning lamps, messages, or other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure? yes, the truck was shaking, losing power, and eventually stopped completely, displaying warning messages on the dashboard. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C.

32 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/05/2025

Brakes - when descending down a hill at speed the brakes on my truck pulsate as if the rotors are warped. My family was put at risk due to the brakes not functioning properly and causing me to let off the braking system in order to prevent overheating. I asked my dealer to review the brakes and they indicated nothing is wrong, I can reproduce this action anytime for the dealership with a simple ride up and down the mountain. This could result in a crash harming myself, my family, or other motorists. The problem began between 5k-10k miles and is getting worse. My truck currently has 16k miles. The brakes should last 40k-60k miles with no problem. Engine/fuel system - since new, my truck has never met the window sticker epa ratings listed. 22-23 models being recalled due to engine failure leads me to believe my engine is not performing at peak performance, thus, affecting fuel economy. I am afraid my model (built in 2023) is slowly experiencing the same main bearing failure as the 22-23 models suffered, having catastrophic results and was recalled to have a full engine replacement. My engine failing while driving could result in a crash harming myself, my family, or other motorists. I prefer not to wait for my engine to fail, given the fact that 22-23 models have all been recalled due to this manufacturing defect. Some, if not all 2024 models should also be recalled out of abundance of precaution.

33 Service Brakes problem of the 2016 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/05/2025

The trailer brake controller went out. It does not supply electronic braking and the truck no longer recognizes the controller on the dashboard. Multiple on line chats and forums, along with my trailer provider, show awareness of this defect. Online individuals learned of the issue during emergency stopping. This appears to be known and wide spread.

34 Service Brakes problem of the 2024 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/03/2025

We are leasing a 2024 Toyota Tundra. The brakes are screeching when we reverse. We reported the issue to the Toyota dealership located on ih 35 , in san antonio, texas. We then called and made an appointment to repair the brakes more than a month ago. My husband went to the appointment. He was provided with a courtesy ride back home because the brakes would take most of the day. He no sooner got home and the courtesy taxi was coming back to pick up our Tundra, Toyota service told him that they did not have the brake parts to make the repair and they would call us when they received the parts to make the repair. It has been over a month and we have called several times and spoken to several service people and sales about the bad service. One of the service workers stated that they were waiting for parts and the parts were still not available. This is a very poor and unacceptable excuse. I want to return the Tundra and I want the down payment that I have given when I purchased this vehicle.

35 Service Brakes problem of the 2025 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 02/01/2025

“I own a 2025 Toyota Tundra platinum. The brake lights do not activate until the brake pedal is nearly halfway depressed. This is a safety defect because drivers behind me are not warned when I’m slowing or braking early. My dealership said ‘that’s the way it is’, but I believe this violates safety standards and puts me at risk. I want this documented and escalated for inspection and repair. ”.
