The car involved is a 2005 Hyundai Tucson. There was crash involved with this problem. While traveling in snowy conditions, on a straight flat road, at approximately 35 mph, my wife and I went into a slide in our 2005 Hyundai Tucson. After going off the road the car made impact with a tree at the passengers side door causing over $11,000 in damages not only to the outside but also the inside of the vehicle. The passengers side door was pushed into the vehicle approximately a 1ft, causing the roof and dashboard to buckle up, and the front end to bow outward to the passenger's side. Additionally the windshield shattered along with the front passenger window. In this vehicle there are several airbags, including side and curtain, none of which went off. Upon being inspected by my insurance agent it was his belief that at least the side bags should have been deployed. He also informed me that my seat belt tensioners didn't seem to work either. I called to file a complaint with Hyundai expecting that they would offer to send someone out to look over the vehicle before it need to be fixed, instead they are sending me additional paperwork that I need to fill out and send back to them through regular postal mail. What made things worse is that the person from Hyundai that I spoke with kept reminding me throughout our conversation that it would be a lengthy process and having the car inspected by anyone was not guaranteed. At this point the car is about to be fixed, because the insurance company can not wait for months and neither can we, and I still have not received the initial paperwork. This problem occurred on 03/09/06.

The car is a 2001 Mazda Protege. The vehicle had a crash. The problems with this particular vehicle occurred on 11/01/2001 in an auto accident. I'm the passenger who was driving the vehicle southbound on the interstate when suddenly I couldn't stop the vehicle because of the brakes, so I tried to change lanes, and the car veered off the road, landing in a ditch after crashing into 4 or 5 trees. No air bags deployed, and my seat belt detached at some point during the impact. As a result car was completely totaled, and driver side door was smashed in. Passenger's seat directly behind the driver was pushed into the middle of the car, and the truck sat in the back seat. Through all of the impact I could have probably been thrown out of my seat because my sat became unattached, thereby causing extreme damage to my chest, and leaving me with fractured ribs which could have been avoided if the air bags simply deployed. *akfurthermore, the whole thing could have been avoided if I had control of stopping the vehicle in a timely fashion. This issue happened on November 1, 2001.

The vehicle having this issue was a 2002 Toyota Tundra. The vehicle identification number (VIN) of this Toyota Tundra is 5TBBT44182_. I have had multiple problems with my 2002 Tundra trd 4wd. I have had it in more than 4 times for the brakes vibrating/pulsating and looks like I will be taking it in again as they are starting to vibrate again!! reno Toyota has always done all the maintenance on it and keep trying to say it is my fault the brakes are bad and the rotors are warping. They replaced the rear axles a couple of months ago but I had to pay the $50 deductible. They also had to install a gasket on the crossover for the engine coolant as the factory never installed it. The ac doesn't get cool enough to cool the interior. Whistling noise but don't know where it is coming from. . . Sounds like coming from side mirrors??? I replace the wheels recently because of vibration because the wheels were warped. Always have excessive brake dust on front wheels. Transmission feels and sounds like it is slipping all the time. Rough idle after warm up. I bought it new in July 2002 and now have 69400 miles on it. Most of which are highway miles with no towing ever. . . No heavy hauling ever.
