Failure Date: 05/19/2004

2002 Ford Escape v6. Multiple problems the the automatic transmission, shuddering, and now a total failure. For the shuddering the fluid was flushed and replaced with a different type, and new codes programed. Haven't taken it in for the total failure yet. (tomorrow).

While driving at 35mph on flat surface and with no warning engine will stall, causing consumer to pull over. Dealer will be notified.

4 Manual Transmission problem of the 2001 Ford Escape

Sluggish driving after a oil change, could not find anything wrong, next week, shift went out. After getting vehicle back brake pedal seems loose and the steering was not right. Wiper transmission went out, replaced.
