The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-250 sd. While driving various speeds, the radio and bluetooth system became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the computer system failed and needed to be reset. Also, the radio switches failed on the steering wheel. After the repair, the technician stated that the switches were active and more diagnostic testing was needed. The contact was later informed that the housing unit for the steering column housing needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired because the manufacturer stated that the parts would not be available until next year. The failure mileage was 13,200.
