Electrical Infotainment Problems of Honda Accord

The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated while was driving 65 mph, the infotainment system engaged functions independently. The contact stated that the infotainment system touchscreen had failed to engage the desired function and would engage other functions unintendedly. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the infotainment system needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on three different occasions, and the infotainment system was replaced twice. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the investigating team was working on the solution. The failure mileage was approximately 137,927.

I have had issues with the display turning off while vehicle is in motion. I have had this issue since I purchased the vehicle and have addressed the concern each and every time it has been serviced. They "reset" the software and say that will take care of it, but it never does. This has been a hazard from the beginning. Now, my car won't turn on but all the lights come on including every warning notice on the panel. I see now that there is a recall which I am taking it in for tomorrow. This vehicle is proving to be a lemon.
