The contact owns a 2022 Honda Accord. The contact stated that the infotainment screen had a ghost touch and the screen continued to glitch. The vehicle was difficult to drive with the distraction. The local dealer was contacted, and the audio unit was replaced, and the contact was informed that an unknown additional part was on back order. The vehicle had not been repaired. The contact called two other local dealers, tameron Honda service (1675 montgomery hwy, birmingham, al 35216), and edwards Honda (1813 ensley Ave, birmingham, al 35218), but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was filed, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 55,000.
