My engine and radiator needs replaced, I am now seeking help for repairs from warranty or full refund for car and expenses used to provide daily transportation, both warranty refuses to fix the 2019 Jeep Compass. The vehicle was reviewed three times within the 25 days that the vehicle spent. $22,231, is a remainder balance, I'm still paying car-note of $460 a month. National center for dispute settlement has denied my complaint. I've pleading for 2 month for help, I've only had the car for 6 months. Tl the contact owns a 2014 Jeep Compass. The contact stated while driving at 5 mph, there was an abnormal clicking sound detected. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the contact was informed that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The contact stated that the radiator, cross member, front end, air conditioning conductor, blend door actuator and bolts were replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. While driving from norcal to socal driving 80+mph for 2 or more hours the engine light came on and I started to loose power-pulled off the road let it cool down and it restarted and drove 65 the rest of the way with no other problems. 3 weeks later hearing loud engine noises when starting and driving battery light came on and then the radiator light and smoke was seen behind me I pulled over to find my serpentine belt was eaten away and snapped. The crankshaft pulley is siezed up now. All of this within a year of a new transmission and new radiator was installed by professionals.

Tl-the contact owns a 2007 Jeep Compass. The contact stated that while driving at 65 mph, all lights on the instrument cluster panel failed to function as the head lights dimmed diminishing the contact's visibility. In addition, the contact stated that two weeks later while driving at 60 mph, the vehicle stalled. The contact was able to restart the vehicle. The engine warning light illuminated and fuel cap was displayed on the message board. The windshield wipers also activated independently and the radiator fans continued to function after the key was ejected from the ignition. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
