1 Brake Antilock Wheel Speed Sensor problem of the 2008 Toyota Tundra

Failure Date: 01/22/2015

Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Toyota Tundra. The contact stated that while driving approximately 40 mph the contact depressed the brake pedal to the floor and struck a deer. After the accident the vehicles stability control, abs and 4wd warning indicators were intemittenly illuminated. The vehicle would no longer shift into 4wd. A police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and diagnosed that there was an internal failure in the abs actuator pump and a faulty speed sensor. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000. Sw.
