Instrument Panel Failure problem of Cadillac CTS
The vehicle involved is a 2006 Cadillac Cts. While driving 50 -70 mph, the headlights and instrument panel lights dimmed. The lights illuminated again minutes later. The failure occurred intermittently usually after driving for 2 hours. The instrument panel also failed during the daytime. Onstar stated that the lights do not remain off long enough to determine the cause of the failure. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure.
